            I usually take this product shortly after waking up. I find that it has kept my food cravings throughout the day much lower than before I was taking Crave Control. I take a second serving about 6 hours later. Overall, I have been satisfied with this and I'm looking forward to using it again.

            This works good but it's not the strongest to keep me from temptation but I think if you take 4 A-day yes I was trying to take 2 because I didn't want to overdo it, I will take 4 just to see what happens hope I don't pass out
